Things You Need to Know Before Visiting

  • A limited number of our sites can accommodate units up to 40 ft with slides.
  • RV's should be newer than 10 years old. Pop-up campers, tiny homes, converted school buses, or home made RVs can not be accommodate
  • All sites are for one RV and one vehicle. A second vehicle must be approved beforehand.
  • Be advised that the city of Mesa does not permit commercial propane delivery in RV parks
  • For insurance reasons, we ask that truck mounted campers NOT BE REMOVED.
